Respect Woodhaven is looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated aged care team.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while mentoring and supporting our clinical team.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care
• Medication administration and clinical assessments
• Developing and reviewing resident care plans
• Leading and supporting ENs and Care Assistants
• Working collaboratively with GPs, allied health and families
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Promoting resident wellbeing, dignity and quality of life
• Contributing to continuous quality improvement and accreditation standards

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

✔ Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
✔ Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities
✔ Knowledge of Aged Care Standards
✔ Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ A genuine passion for caring for older Australians
