About the Role 

Are you an experienced international recruiter who understands the PALM Scheme and wants to play a key role in building a sustainable workforce strategy? 

We are looking for an International Recruitment & PALM Specialist to lead and grow our international recruitment programs with a strong focus on managing and developing our participation in the PALM Scheme. 

You will be responsible for developing international talent pipelines, ensuring program compliance and supporting the successful recruitment, mobilisation and integration of international workers across Respect. 

 

No two days are the same! Working as our International Recruitment & PALM Specialist, you will: 

  • Lead our international recruitment strategy
  • Manage and oversee participation in the PALM Scheme
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on PALM requirements and compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong international talent pipelines
  • Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation of international workers
  • Support operational teams in understanding program requirements and supporting PALM workers
  • Monitor program performance and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to expand international recruitment programs

 

About You 

You are a confident and experienced international recruitment specialist who understands how global workforce programs work and can manage complex recruitment processes with multiple stakeholders.

You are highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently while building strong relationships across both internal and external stakeholders. 


Essential:
  

  • Current National Police Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Demonstrated experience working with the PALM Scheme
  • Proven experience in international recruitment or global workforce programs
  • Strong understanding of Australian visa processes and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
