About the Role 

As a senior member of the Recruitment Team, you will take ownership of leadership and critical role recruitment across the business. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment, it focuses on strategic talent acquisition, proactive outreach and building strong talent networks that support long term workforce needs. 

You will work closely with senior leaders to understand future capability needs, provide market insight and deliver high quality recruitment outcomes that strengthen Respect.

No two days are the same! As the Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will: 

  • Lead recruitment for General Managers, Care Managers and senior corporate roles
  • Proactively identify and engage high quality candidates through: 
    • Market mapping
    • Networking and relationship building 
    • Direct sourcing and targeted outreach
    • Industry connections and professional networks
  • Build and maintain strong leadership talent pipelines
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic recruitment advice
  • Deliver efficient, high quality recruitment processes that reduce time to fill for critical roles
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities
  • Share market insights and sourcing strategies with the wider Recruitment Team

 

About You 

You are a confident, strategic recruiter who is comfortable engaging senior professionals and influencing stakeholders. You are proactive, highly organised and enjoy working in a fast moving environment where the roles you recruit truly make an impact.

 

Essential: 

  • Proven experience recruiting senior leadership or corporate roles
  • strong experience in talent acquisition, sourcing or executive recruitment
  • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
