The Position

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis at Gracemere Gardens Aged Care Facility in Queensland.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the General Manager and the wider facility. Responsibilities include general office administration, reception duties, rostering support, record management, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous general administrative experience

  • Well-developed customer service skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

  • Advanced computer and word-processing skills

  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
