The Role
As a Permanent Part Time Enrolled Nurse at Maleny Erowal, you will provide safe, competent, and compassionate clinical nursing care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ health and wellbeing, while building meaningful relationships in a homely environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct resident assessments and support the development of individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation.
• Contribute to ACFI assessments and funding documentation.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high quality, person centred care.
What You Will Need
• Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration.
• At least two years of post-graduate nursing experience (aged care experience preferred).
• Strong clinical knowledge, documentation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of aged care accreditation processes and funding instruments.
• Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
