Why you will love working with us
At Respect, we are not your average aged care and retirement living provider. We’re a not-for-profit with a proud 100-year history and a modern, people-first outlook - growing rapidly across Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, and New South Wales.
Our team is driven by one simple belief:

As the Retirement Living Manager, you will be the friendly face and driving force behind village life - ensuring our residents feel safe, supported, and part of a vibrant community.
You will:
Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of multiple villages.
Welcome new residents and nurture a positive, connected community.
Manage budgets, compliance, and resident services with confidence.
Collaborate closely with our Chief of Retirement Living to enhance our operations and shape the future of our retirement communities.
What you will bring
We are looking for someone who is:
A people person through and through — approachable, empathetic, and community-minded.
Experienced in retirement living, hospitality, or customer service management.
Skilled in leadership, multitasking, and relationship management.
Confident managing budgets, contracts, and compliance.
Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and always ready to help.
If you have worked in hospitality, tourism, or community management and are ready for something more meaningful - this could be your perfect next move.
Why join Respect?
A values-led culture where people genuinely care about each other.
A growing organisation that invests in its people and communities.
Competitive salary plus salary packaging benefits (yes, not-for-profit perks are real!).
Supportive leadership, genuine work-life balance, and the chance to make a visible impact across multiple communities.
If you are ready to bring warmth, leadership, and heart to your next career move, we would love to hear from you.
Join us at Masters Lodge and help make every day feel like home for residents across our beautiful Queensland villages.
Thank you
