We are looking for a Hotel Services Supervisor to join our team at Lyndoch Living in Warrnambool, Victoria. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of $90,000, providing stability and the opportunity to lead catering, cleaning, and laundry services that directly enhance the daily lives of our residents.

As Hotel Services Supervisor, you will pay a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality hospitality services across our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating catering, cleaning, and laundry services
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and organisational standards
Maintaining accurate and current resident dietary and nutrition information
Conducting internal audits, staff training, and competency assessments
Proactively identifying and resolving quality or compliance issues
Supporting a smooth, efficient, and resident-focused hotel services operation
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
A qualified Chef certification (TAFE or tertiary) – essential
Proven leadership experience in hospitality or catering within a healthcare or aged care setting
Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance requirements
The ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team
Clear communication skills and a strong commitment to high standards
A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
A valid Australian driver’s licence
