The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Care Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis at Gracemere Gardens in Queensland, responsible for coordinating and delivering engaging lifestyle and social programs that enhance resident wellbeing, independence, and quality of life while working closely with residents, families, and the broader care team.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• A relevant Certificate IV qualification in Leisure and Lifestyle, Community Services, or a related field
• Experience coordinating lifestyle or social programs, ideally within aged care
• Strong leadership, organisation, and time management skills
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older people
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• The ability to engage with a diverse range of residents, families, and stakeholders
• A current National Police Certificate without conviction that would preclude employment in aged care
